Context

Transylvania Meets Business People was developed as a platform dedicated to entrepreneurs, leaders and professionals from the business world, with the aim of creating a space for dialogue, networking and the exchange of experience.

The project takes place annually, bringing together participants from the business environment, companies, organisations and institutions.

The challenge

How do you build a conference that becomes a reference point for the business community and gives participants more than a sequence of presentations?

The objective was to develop a complete experience, in which the content, the communication and the organisation all contribute to building a platform that is relevant to the business world.

The approach

The project was developed within the organising team, contributing to the planning and delivery of the event from the perspective of communication, participant experience and overall coordination. The areas of work included:

• communication strategy;
• planning the participant experience;
• coordinating communication before, during and after the event;
• organising the conferences and networking sessions;
• managing the relationship with speakers, partners and sponsors;
• managing media relations;
• developing communication materials;
• coordinating the teams involved in the organisation;
• operational management of the event.

Project value

Business People demonstrated how an event can become a business platform with long-term impact, in which strategy, communication and participant experience contribute to building a relevant professional community.

Running several consecutive editions and extending the concept to București confirmed the project’s capacity to evolve and to respond to the needs of a continuously developing audience.
