What data we collect

  • Data you submit voluntarily via the contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
  • Data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited — via cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie policy).

Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to enquiries sent via the form or e-mail — basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (point (f)).
  • Operating, securing and improving the website — basis: legitimate interest (point (f)) and, for non-essential cookies, your consent (point (a)).
  • Meeting legal obligations (accounting, tax) — basis: legal obligation (point (c)).

How long we keep data

Contact messages: up to 3 years after the last correspondence, unless a contractual relationship follows. Contractual and accounting records: for the legally required periods. Cookies: for the lifetimes listed in the Cookie policy.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We may share it strictly with providers that help us run the site (EU-based web hosting, e-mail services) under GDPR-compliant agreements, and with public authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

  • the right of access and to receive a copy of your data;
  • the right to rectification and erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
  • the right to restriction of processing and to data portability;
  • the right to object, including to direct marketing;
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;
