You planned it yourselves and did it well — now you need someone to hold everything together on the big day, so you aren’t the ones answering the phone in a wedding dress.
Typically 2-3 of the OLIV team come for a wedding of 80-150 guests, with Amalia present in person at each. We take over from your plan after two or three handover sessions.
We have a documented plan B for every scenario — weather, a missing vendor, delays. If a problem comes up, you usually find out only after we’ve solved it.
