What does brand strategy mean at OLIV?

We do strategy, not decks. Amalia sits with you for two working sessions, then we deliver a 12-16 page document, ready to use — built for real implementation, not a poster for the shelf.

How long does a strategy project take?

Typically 8-12 weeks from kickoff to final deliverable. There is no rush — strategy done in three weeks gets thrown out in six months.

Do you work with brands at the start, or only established ones?

Both, as long as there is an involved founder and editorial standards. We don’t work with brands that want a logo in three days, MLM, gambling or substance-free “rapid scaling”.

Does strategy include the visual side?

Strategy is separate from identity. We can build the visual identity afterwards, as a separate stage, or refer you to partner designers we know and recommend.

What concrete deliverables do I get?

A 12-16 page strategic document (positioning, voice, brand architecture, editorial principles), workshop notes, voice samples, implementation recommendations and two rounds of revisions.
