Planning is the work no one sees, but without which everything feels chaotic. We build the framework: who, what, when and with what budget — so you decide with a clear mind.
We have regular sessions, monthly or fortnightly, at the Sibiu atelier or online, plus continuous communication in between. The process is modular — you can add day-of coordination later.
More than half of our recent diaspora couples worked with us online, with two or three visits to Sibiu. Distance is no obstacle when the structure is clear.

Planning covers the strategy — budget, vendors, timeline — without the day-of execution. Organization covers everything, including the day itself.
How long does a planning process take?
Typically 6-12 months, with regular sessions, monthly or fortnightly.
How many meetings do we have?
Typically 8-12, at the Sibiu atelier or online, plus continuous communication by email and WhatsApp.
Can I take planning now and add coordination later?
Yes. The process is modular, with no penalties.
