We are with you all the way — concept, budget, vendors, timeline and day-of coordination. Amalia remains your single point of contact throughout.

Full organization means you are never left alone with a decision. From the first conversation to the follow-up the week after, we are beside you, with one point of contact.

We work with a small network of collaborators we know personally — photographer, florist, catering, music, stationery. You can bring your own suggestions too; we weigh them together, without ego.

Because we organise few weddings a year, each gets full attention. On the day, the OLIV team is present on site, so you can be guests at your own story.

How far in advance should I contact you?

Ideally 12-18 months ahead. We also accept 8-10 months if the dates align and the venue is available.

What does full organization include?

From concept and budget, vendors and a detailed timeline, to day-of coordination with the OLIV team on site and a follow-up the week after. Amalia stays your single point of contact.

Do you work with your own vendors or can I bring my team?

We have a small network of key collaborators we know personally. You can bring your own suggestions too; we weigh them together, without ego.

Do you work on weddings outside Sibiu?

Yes — all of Transylvania (Mărginimea Sibiului, Brașov, Sighișoara, Mediaș, Alba Iulia, the Hârtibaciu Valley) and occasionally the Romanian diaspora.

What’s the difference between organization and coordination?

Organization means 8-12 months together, with full planning. Coordination is only for the wedding day, after you’ve planned on your own. They are separate pages.
